Southview Community Hall features three unique rental spaces for your events:

  • Main Hall – fits 200 people
  • West Hall (‘Lounge’) – fits 60 people
  • East Hall (‘Kadillac’) Room – fits 50

Each room or hall easily connects together, enabling a total capacity of 310 people if all three spaces are used.

Main Banquet Hall

Please check our Banquet Hall calendar for space availability. Our main hall is ongoing a major update from February 2018 to approx April 2018, watch for a gorgeous, new, modern paint job and other updates!

Main Banquet Hall Rates:

  • 2018 – Weekend rates [includes Friday]: $575 for full day (social events) or $60/hour
  •        2019 – Weekend rates [includes Friday]: $575 for full day (social events) or $60/hour (Jan – May, October – Dec)
  •        2019 – Weekend rates [includes Friday]: $575 for full day (social events) or $60/hour (Jun, Jul, Aug, Sept)
  •        Monday – Thursday 8am – 4pm rates: $35/hour to a daily max of $250 (non-social events like meetings, speaker events, etc.).
  • Monday – Thursday 5pm – 12pm rates: $50/hour, 5 hour minimum
  • Monday – Thursday full day rate 8am-11pm: $400

Can be setup with more for auditorium style speaking events. Great lighting including decorative evening lighting.

  • Maximum capacity: 200 people
  • Stage (12′ deep by 22.5′ wide)
  • Carpeting plus tiled dance floor
  • Large projector screen
  • Audio Equipment: 1 cordless mic, ability to stream music from smart phone via headphone jack to ceiling speakers ($50 rental)

West Hall (‘Lounge’) / Meeting Room

Please check our Lounge calendar for space availability. Our West Hall has undergone a beautiful transformation in this Winter (2018). The space is now beautifully painted modern grey colors, it looks gorgeous! Updated pictures coming soon.

West Hall Rental Rates:

  • Monday – Thursdays $30/hour plus a minimum of $30/hour damage deposit (3 hour minimum)
  • Friday, Saturday and Sunday $30/hour plus a minimum of $30/hour damage deposit (5 hour minimum)
  • Damage deposits do vary by event type

Great for board-style meetings or social events. Can be great for kids’ birthday parties! Very fun and adaptable space.

  • Maximum capacity: 60 people
  • Outdoor patio
  • Fireplace | TV with DVD player, VGA or HDMI
  • Stereo system (radio or CDs) | Pool table
  • Large kitchen (no cooking allowed, reheating only)
  • Microwave | Dishwasher | Fridge
  • Coffee machines | Kettles | Dishes
  • Square pub tables + 50 chairs
  • Room is 35′ x 42′ feet for a total of 1470 Square feet including kitchens and bathrooms

 

East Hall (‘Kadillac’) Meeting Room

Kadillac Room Rental Rates:

  • $25/hour plus $25/hour damage deposit
